A small, practical planning desk.
Interval Atlas is an independent collection of free tools for field notes for time-lapse makers. Its purpose is to make the calculation visible: inputs, formula, assumptions and a result you can check.
How the tools are made
These calculators and explanations were developed with AI assistance. Numeric behavior is checked against worked examples and automated boundary tests. That is different from testing every printer, paper stock or camera in the field. We do not claim professional certification or affiliation with manufacturers.
Editorial approach
We publish a page when it solves a distinct practical problem. Examples are original and illustrative. Where a workflow depends on product behavior, we link to original documentation and ask you to check your own equipment. Updates should correct errors or improve usefulness; a changed date alone is not a substantive update.
Corrections
If a result looks wrong, keep the tool URL, all input values, the actual result and the result you expected. Check the stated units and assumptions first. This launch does not yet have a connected support inbox or submission form. Do not send private project files through an unrelated service.
Funding
The tools are currently free. We may support them with advertising after the relevant approval and privacy setup. No advertisements or analytics scripts currently run on these pages. Future material changes will be reflected in the privacy page.
